AmCham Saudi Arabia: Double taxation is holding back American competitiveness

That is the message from AmCham Saudi Arabia in a new open letter to Congress calling for residence-based taxation for Americans overseas. They say that citizenship-based taxation is not only a personal burden for Americans living abroad. It is also a business problem.
